This is a "Fantasy" threepence featuring Edward VIII bust. I don't believe any were produced, even in pattern form at the time, but one of the commemorative producers (Westminster?) produced a fantasy Maundy set a few years back. I have a full set somewhere but can't lay my hands on it just now.
The full set sells for up to 75 online. I suspect a single coin would make 10 to 20 depending on whether someone took a fancy to it.

Did the mint produce cameo proofs of these? No.
If yours is real (most unlikely, look at the poor workmanship) it is worth tens of thousands. Unfortunately the market is awash with repros and fantasy versions of rare coins.
Here's a genuine one:

I have a similar Edward VIII sixpence at home. I believe that these fantasy coins were sold by London coin dealer Richard Lobel (Coincraft) a few years ago.
