Hello. I have been getting backwards images when I photograph through the trinocular port on my stereo microscope with my Canon EOS T6. The coin is oriented correctly on the stage. Would someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I appreciate any and all help

I would assume the trinoc port does not go through a prism to reverse the image like the eyepieces do, so will be inverted compared with the eyepieces. You may just need to flip the image later.

Thank you rmpsrpms for responding! My utility software corrects the rotation, so I am able to move the coin around during live view and not get confused because of the mirror image. But, as you indicated, I do have to rotate the image when I edit the photograph(s). Thanks again for your response:)
