Hello. Could I get an experienced eye(s) to let me know what's going on along the rim of this coin please. Is it clashed?

To CCF! I'm sorry to say, but all you have here is a stained coin. Probably was in a cup holder. Environmental Damage, PSD (Post Strike Damage). Not an error coin and it's worth face value.

to the CCF!

If you're referring to the distortion in the field near the rim, it's know as a ridge ring. The die used to strike the coin was wearing out. It's common and doesn't command a premium over face value.
