Please help me with this token? I can't find any information on it. Where it's from or any history on it would be great? Is 1806 a date or address? Does it hold any value? What's the condition? Thank you for any knowledge anyone may have on this token.

I also checked the catalog. I tried doing research on it before I asked all you beautiful people. I couldn't find anything worth a flip. I think it was either ebay or when I googled it, there was something about it being a cigar shop. Still no other tokens like it. Even in another denomination. Thank you so much for your help and for responding.

Your token is also not listed in the TAMS Maverick list: http://www.tokenandmedal.org/Maveri...vericks.html

To research your token the first step would be to find the city it was issued. Googling the address 1806 North California Avenue yields Chicago as a likely location. It certainly should be a large city because of the address (number 1806 and the prifix N(orth)). I would date the token early 20th century. To determine the type of business either searching local newspapers for adverts or address books of the city should give this information and the exact time frame. Possibly there also is a specialised catalog that may list your token.
