I have this 1922 P Peace dollar with a normal B1 reverse. The olive branch above the eagles claw appears to have been added as if the die wear required so much polishing the die had to be re-engraved. It almost looks like a die chip. I have several with the B1 reverse and none look quite this. Re-engraved die?
You're right, it is the B1 reverse as indicated on the heading. My question is, because it looks like an afterthought could the die have been re engraved?
