Thanks ever one and that 1909 wasn't the one I was trying to take a pic of lol I will up date the pic for the one I was wanting to post and T-Bop your fine I'm just learning mainly and thays the oldest I have but I have 2 other looks a lil better it was my great grandfathers my grand gave them to me he also help me finish my collection from 1940 to 1959 but the 59 he gave me is a Wheat penny the others I have seen have the different obverse but this obverse is like the one here its a 1959 d also gave me a 1895 indian head
Congrats to you for your Gramps giving you some coins and especially that you have gained an interest in collecting.
Now that '59 with the wheat reverse is one that will get everyone's attention. I hate to say this, but there is a very real chance that one is fake or a Magician's coin since the mint didn't intentionally make any 1959's with a wheat reverse.
If you post images be sure to include a clear closeup of the rim on both sides.
