Well, they're Silver Rounds, not coins, but I had to get your attention.

I started buying a handful of these Silver Rounds from Limited Mintage, the selling affiliate of The Intaglio Mint. A couple of weeks ago I bought 10 different numismatically themed 2 oz rounds, and the artwork is gorgeous. Last week I bought the six different offerings from their Vintage Horror Series, plus another one they make of The Werewolf. They charge about $6 - $7 per oz. over spot, plus about $8.50 to ship the package. To me, that's a very fair price to pay for these works of art.

My photo skills are poor, so below my photo of these seven rounds is a stock photo of one of the rounds. My initial photos had the bright silver rounds too bright to see much detail, so I darkened the light to try to show more detail, so ignore the artificial color you see. The true color is bright silver. These are 39mm each (just a hair larger than a Morgan dollar), and the 2 oz rounds are about 1/4 inch thick. They are also each offered in 1 oz (as well as 2 oz rounds), still 39mm, but the 1 oz. rounds are thinner. I use 39mm Air-tite holders with black rings, with the 2 oz rounds going into Extra Deep Air-tites.

I house these in their 14" x 7" black leatherette case, a handsome high quality case that cost $32.65. For $10, they custom cut for me the foam insert for seven cutouts of 39mm each. Other quantities of 39mm foam cutouts are standard at no extra charge.
