I don't see a ton of Three Cent Nickel counterfeits. When I do they are usually pretty obvious. This one seems well struck and even has the common clashes associated with the series. The reverse numeral is far too narrow though. Date appears wonky as well, but hard to see given the picture quality. Upon closer inspection a few raised lumps of metal can be seen as well.

Seems strange because the level of wear on it makes it a fairly low dollar piece, had it been real

However, that is a pretty terrible fake, everything about it looks off

It's interesting enough that if it weren't removed I'd probably buy it. Though it'll be gone.

I concur with PNW, the wear from obverse to reverse is way off. The bow would be flat like the hair from forehead to curls.
