These pointed and blunt 5 1965 pennies have got me stumped still, I posted one the other day but can't get a good enough picture, but it was noted on my page the tail of the 5 for the pointed 5 is different from the blunt 5 check out my post on this, it's has not been confirmed one way or another, with mint state coins I imagine it's easier to tell, also pointed 5 is not uncommon(less common then blunt),the best variety is pointed 5 and large beads.
