Hello everyone. I got a 25cents coin, but I've never seen like this before.

This 25 cents rim is like 5 cent(nickle) and it is thicker than regular 25cents. Here are picture of the coin

Is this error have been found before?

Thank you,

Kay Kwon

It's not an error.
It's a damaged coin.

It's been "spooned".
Some may call it a " dryer coin".
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Put it on top of a regular quarter and you will see the diameter is smaller,
A result of the rim being pushed in.

Opps I was intended to put laughing with tears emoji through my phone's emoji but somehow it shows different emoji here.

Please disregard my emoji in my previous reply :)
