Is this a new thing? My bank now offered 1oz Maple Leafs etc for around 37$ and even 1,10 and 100oz silver bars for 36$ for an oz or 3455$ for 100oz bar. Are all banks doing this?

I don't think it is new. Sounds like they are selling bullion around market rates. I have bought sml's from scotia in the past. Which bank?

TD Canada Trust. I don't think it's new but they recently Emailed me. I was unaware they did this. I don't really stack silver but I may purchase something in the future due to security and convince.

I'm not actually sure which if any of the coins are commemorative from the mint or if they are TD special bullion coins etc. They even have like Pez dispenses that have silver Pez. I'll put a link on here with there inventory.

This is not a new practice. I have an old Scotia bank 5oz bar from the '80s. Banks have always sold RCM bullion though you may not have great options if your branch is small... the big downtown branches all have these items on hand. I have never known the banks to sell RCM commemoratives... that is Canada Post. There are a few NCLT items on your link... the majority are either rounds or bullion... The bullion can also be seen at online bullion dealers such as APMEX. This is good to know as it offers another option for Canadian bullion purchases.

I could have sworn they had a 20$ commemorative but I'm not seeing it now lol. Some of the products are from the RCM but are essentially just bullion. Canada Post has the Maple leaves as well ATM but are charging 50+$ for them(the cardboard packaging really hikes up the price) there prices seem good(I was notified of a local dealer that has better prices). This is convenient for me though as I can have anything I purchase shipped to any bank I choose for pick up. I can grab some silver while grabbing some boxes for CRH. I personally don't own any stacking silver or commemorative mint coins, I was just a little surprised to just find out about this service lol.

I will admit, my finger hovered over the mouse with the colourized Montreal Expos silver round in my cart.
In the end, I decided not to buy anything.

there is a commemorative I think, 20$ black history silver 1oz round. If they put a denomination on the coin it must be commemorative right? Ill definitely be keeping my eyes on this but mainly for when I decide to start stacking some silver for the future. I am curiouser as to if all there products come from the RCM or if TD has there own mint for bullion.

Very cool! And they aren't terribly priced for generic rounds imo.

For years now I've seen banks selling this. Around Christmas a bank had a sale, an extra 15% off 1oz 2021 silver coins and $25.00 CAD off 1oz gold coins. The day I looked at it, it would have been $43.43 for the silver, including Purolator shipping.
