It was listed as a double struck, and I decided to take a chance on it considering it wasn't a lot of money. Figured I'd share my experience with this coin on the forum. Dimes are out of my area of expertise, so I probably should've just let this one be. Reeded edge is uninterrupted and looks good, but the "double strike" is incuse which is enough evidence for me to call it damage. I guess I learned my lesson, should've gone with my gut.
