Hi
I am a new user to Exact Change coin software but I am having a problem. I collect UK coins of all ages. The software covers coins going back to Charles II , but my collection goes back further. How do I add coins by Charles I etc. I can add the category but it will not allow me to add any coins. The same goes for new issues of current coins.

I have emailed Exact Change (Wild Man Software) twice but have not received a reply.

Any help will be gladly received.

Regards
Turnerofwood

I think there are 2 possibilities: to wait some years before they add what you need or move to another platform.
I'd recommend Numista:)

Thank you Grainy for recommending Numista. I have been trying it for the las week and found it very god and comprehensive as far as the amount of historic coins it lists.
What I would have really liked was software that lived on my own computer but being on line has its advantages. I would have liked to have seen more ways of doing reports on my collection, you are limited in the ways you can view your collection at the moment.
Any way, thanks for introducing me to Numista.

@Turnerofwood, there is a possibility to download your collection in Excel. Maybe it would satisfy your wish to have a list on your computer.

I' myself keep all records of my collection in Excel sheets. and a separate directory for the pictures. I print out onto paper any and all receipts AND also print to a pdf for electronic copy.
