So the 2 cent piece came back from ANACS with sort of a jumbled designation. An RPD FS 302 KF-2 Not sure what the FS 302 is about. And it should be a TPD. *shrugs*

FS-302 is the Fivaz-Stanton designation, basically a repunched 18 to the north.

So they gave it the Flyn designation AND that. KF-2 is the Flynn designation, which is a TPD.

So, clear as mud.
