I know it's a detailed coin but if it wasn't what would it have graded

Thanks for looking and comments in advance

I'm think it would have graded a au 50?

I'll say EF-45 (Sheldon).

Why do you say "detail" coin? Because of the verdigris lower left Rev or the possibilty of cleaning, which I don't think happened. I'd say AU-50 on a good day.

The effect along the top edge of the reverse (a little less so on the obverse) is one that I'm curious about. You see it in a lot of coins, including many that are quite high grade. I assume it's something that happens during the actual strike in which case it would *not* be a details indication.

It's a little hard to tell how much mint lustre there is there but I think there is definitely some so I would put that in the AU range. Hard to tell what the Sheldon score is. Likely higher than 50.

I called it detailed coin because of the rim dings at the bottom of the obverse and reverse
Mint lustre is there but didn't show up in photo
