Shaded area on reverse edge indicates covering up, obverse has a few minor and light clashes.

I'm pretty sure the toning is bag toning, I got a few coins with similar colour of toning out of coin bags from bank. Everyone will tell you it artificial toning

Ok probably had been in a bag previously, but this I got out of a 10 cent roll.

I would keep it in my collection but in my experience pretty much everyone will say it's artificial toning. I have heaps of coins that got bag or whatever toning (blues, reds, greens) but just keepers. If you try sell people start calling you a scammer weird

Yes I suppose it's up too the collector only if it has been naturally toned, but I do get what you are saying.
