What is this worth? And any idea why its textured like that would be greatly appreciated.... I have TONS of prooflike coins I'm selling as well.

Sure looks like a copper plated zinc core to me. Should weigh 2.5 grams +/- .12 grams mint tolerance. I do not consider it a high grade either https://www.PCGS.com/photograde/

That's a 1982 large date zinc, it should weigh 2.5g not 3.1.

The surface has obvious plating bubbles, 100% this is a zinc.
