Hello all,

First post of hopefully many more.

I joined the RCM Masters Club 2 months ago and have received a few of my purchases so far but no points yet. Is this usual for the points to lag the delivery of the coins by some length of time?

Yes there is a lag usually. But here is what you need to do:
1) check if the coins were eligible for the points (bullion is not)
2)check if your orders show "delivered" and contact their customer service to ask.
