Isn't that one of the pieced together sets CA is known for that are indeed made up of actual RCM coins, but not an actual RCM produced set?

No, it is not. The Silver Incuse Maple Leaf is not part of any set.

It is a standalone coin.

It is not a legitimate set. They are real RCM coins though. This person sometimes creates his own sets by filling up blank holders with coin "sets" that they think will sell.

Thank you everyone for the help! Is there a reference (other than the RCM site) that shows the official coins and sets from past years? I know there are the Teb and Blue books for US coins but I am not interested in those.
