Looks like a crack with a small Cud to me, nice find.

Thanks @Dearborn, it does appear to be one of these.

@John1, I don't see a match on Cuds on Coins - nothing similar for 2019.

The crack appears to branch up to the left to the O and to the right to the N on ONE.
