Current auction on ebay.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/204382897999

It is a 2009 1 oz gold maple leaf. 2009 is common date for fakes.

Is this weight disqualifying?

I think the scale is showing the 'Avoirdupois' or US standard weight, but precious metals should be weighed in 'Troy' ounces. One Troy ounce is equal to 1.09714286 avoirdupois ounce.

The scale shows the units as "oz" instead of "ozt" and 1 ozt = 1.097 oz.
