I Purchase this coin because my eyes caught something strange about this coin.
Can anyone here please help me to elaborate what are those strange markings or overstrikes?

By the way, your coin is from 1962 - see the numbers in the stars on the reverse.

Nice Die Clash. As for slabbing, not worth it. It would cost more money to have it slabbed than what it's worth.
