My picture taking skills are lacking, but the coin has full lustre and no signs of cleaning.

My first impression could be wrong but it looks like a lightly, circulated coin that has been dipped.

Both surfaces are weak on the high points of the devices so I don't think this is an MS coin.

I've been wrong before though......

I dont see breast feathers on a P strike. Makes me think AU, but I am not too great at grading higher level stuff.
