Ive been out of the hobby for a few months and havent even touched my coins but I got 5 lincoln on the log 2009 cents in change the other day. Are these a little more common than the log cabing reverse?

So far yes they are more common than the Log Cabin ones.
I have yet to see too many log cabins in change.

The correct description is LP2 or Formative Years.

I was helping a friend this summer (July) and found an LP1 (Log Cabin)
on the ground. thought that was odd because I could not find them in the banks
