Penny I Found While Coin Roll Hunting April 03, 2010

cladhunter13 Pillar of the Community Canada 1161 Posts	Posted 04/04/2010 12:55 am Hello all, Here is a couple of pennies I found in a box that I searched on April 03, 2010. I would appreciate info on if I'm correctly identifying the coin or not. Still trying to learn as I go. I only included the one penny as the other is a 1935 with nothing particularly special about it. I also found a few interesting Wheaties in the box and will post them in the US coin section. OK...here a is the coin. 1936 Canada Penny (NO DOT ). I believe it has what is classified as a Cud at aprox. 12:00 on the obverse of the coin. Close up of the Cud: Obverse of the coin: Reverse of the coin: Is that what I should classify this coin as on its holder? wd1040 Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 04/04/2010 12:59 am I think it's more of a lamination than a Cud. I thought Cuds weren't supposed to be actually separated (or show separation) from the coin. Report this Post to the Staff
