It appears to be Constans. His reign was from 337-350.

Coin is around 347-348 A.D.

The coin reads: CONSTANS-PF AVG / VICTORIAE DD AVGGQ NN - Mintmark is 'SMTS(Gamma)'.

It was minted in Thessalonica.
