I made the video a while back so just get through the first few seconds of it till it really shows the stamping or whatever it is?

Hate to say it but I think this is just damage from another coin pressing into this one.

Damaged coin, not an error. Another coin hit this one on the rim causing a transfer of edge lettering(N from UNUM), notice that the letter is backwards.
