I recently found my grandfather's old coins and have no idea what some are. I know some are the larger LIberty One dollar coins ranging from 1889 up to 1928. But there are some smaller libery coins with a V cents on the reverse side ranging from 1891 to 1910. Does anyone know what they are worth? Front is the Liberty with stars around the border. Back is a half wreath with a large V in the center and cents written underneath. I can add pictures. Thanks.

The "V" coins are nickel five-cent pieces, but we'd need photos - as Mainman750 stated - to approximate value on any of them. Consider investing in a " Red Book", which will show you how to grade and value each of these coins.
