Seems real. The actual weight is around 11.6 grams, but it could be wear. Is there any luster? It looks MS if real. I'm not a pro, it's MHO.

What KM number is it? While the reverse looks like KM# 457.x and 458.x, the obverse is different ?!

The coin si type A I by Stevens and Weir no 3.33 or 3.36 either if Ø is 30.5-30.6 mm (Bombay or Calcutta mint) or 30.7-30.8 mm (Madras Mint)
There is a Pridmore distinction between large diamonds (mine) and small diamonds (yours) under the Persian legend but nowday is not wide accepted
(my coin is a Bombay/Calcutta one)
