Hello all, I recently acquired this seemingly Japanese coin but cant identify it since I cant read Japanese lol. I was wondering if it is indeed Japanese and if so what exactly it is.

Not too far off, XoG, the flower does resemble the Japanese Chrysanthemum.

Thanks for the responses! Yea I had figured it might be japanese because the designs were similar to WWII era Japan coinage.
