I bought a $2350 coin last week from Liberty Coin Service in Lansing, Michigan. It had a lot of hairlines on the obverse, so I called them to notify them that I was going to return it. They have a 14 day return policy, so I sent it back Registered Mail insured for $2400. I returned it an hour after I inspected it. It cost them $28 to send it to me and I spent $28 returning it. I got my check in the mail today and they reimbursed me for postage both ways. It didn't cost me a cent to receive and inspect the coin. I just thought that in these days of 15% restocking fees and dealers trying to get every nickel out of you that they can, these guys deserve a pat on the back for extreme customer service. I highly recommend Liberty Coin Service in Lansing Michigan.

That must have been a pleasant surprise. I am sure you will be willing to buy from them again even though you were unhappy with the coin.

Do they have a website? or is it an ebay store?

Very rare indeed. I would love to become a customer.

They have a website. Just search "Liberty Coin Service". Ask for Tom.

Good deal, turn that money into a Buffalo for much less eh, even though they are probably going for I would guess just over 1800 in that proof form now....

Excellent service. Some places will pay shipping one way but it is unusual to find a merchant who will pay it both ways. They sound like they WANT your business!
