They both look like detail (cleaned) Low to mid XF coins from what I can see

The 1880 s Bought by my father in 1976 in Tel Aviv from a dealer coins

and the 1884 p bought by me from a dealer coins in Tel Aviv 3 weeks 2011 ago.

I guess the wear would be close to make them the weight shown on the scale. I agree with XF grade above
