It is not a genuine coin, I'm afraid. This coin is a commonly encountered "fantasy". No such ancient coin with this design ever existed. The obverse legend (BASILIO SELBUKOU, a blundered attempt to write BASILIOS SELEUKOU) is similar to that found on Seleucid Empire coinage, but no Seleucid king ever wore a crown like that - nor depicted a herd of pigs on the reverse.
