Hi everyone!

I found this filled die NH State Quarter yesterday in someone's change. No mintmark, the 2nd "t" in trust missing and America fades away. Anyone else find this?

Its a Grease Filled Die. Happens to all coins. Not a big deal.

Ah ha! That explains the one I found in my fiance's coin can. Don't remember if it was a NH though. Her's had a large gash where the MM should have been. I'd post a photo but my IPad is not being cooperative this morning.

There are a lot of them out there. The NH quarter quarter is well known for grease filled mintmarks.
