Ok I have a question and maybe its stupid but I was browsing APMEX ebay listing and found this
2011 Israel Dead Sea 1/2 oz Gold for $888.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2011-Israel...em19dd2c0088

It is PR70 UC graded my NGC. the price seemed great so I went looking and found APMEX has some on their website as well.

Here is a PR70 UC for $888
http://www.apmex.com/product/65611/...ngc/reviews/

and here is a PR69 UC for $1127
http://www.apmex.com/product/69208/...ngc/reviews/

am I missing something? why would the PR69 be cheaper than the PR70?
thought about purchasing it but I don't want to be missing a big red flag.

It doesn't make any sense at all to me. As far as I can tell, they're simply charging more for a less desirable coin. I'm at a loss, but if it were me, I'd go with the PR70.

The PR70 coins are on sale , $350 off while the PR69 coins are not and there are only 2 PR69s? Population of just 2 coins!.... that's how I read it anyway, I could be wrong though.

maximum mintage of 555.

Or maybe they have the listings mixed up, the PR69s are maybe on sale while the PR70s are not.....something looks wonky there.

If you look at the pictures closely the pr69 looks a lot like an ms coin to me unless the lighting was really funny. Being ms instead of pr is the only reason I could think of for a 69 higher than a 70 besides a sale, definitely weird indeed
