Not a coin. Better described as a token. There were many, many "millennial" souvenirs made in 2000. There are several of this variety for sale/sold on ebay ...No real idea who made it.....Why it was made? To sell to "collectors".

Yes and yes this is not a coin. Just one of many tokens offered during that time period.
