Looks like one those Japanese pachinko or other arcade tokens.

The kanji are Need-Help-Identifying-This-Coin. I don't know what that means, but searching suggests Daiei, which is the name of a few companies.

However, a lot of times when it's just a couple of kanji with a simple design, or some romaaji, those are commonly pachinko tokens.

(Note to self: forum does not display kanji when trying to write them.)
