I was trying to id this coin and stumbled across this one which seemed similar.
https://cNGCoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=169046

I was wondering if mine is potentially the same one as here or maybe something completely different. Mine is 16mm in diameter and 1.35 grams.

I do not know the coinage from this area, and the coin is very worn, but I would just point out that in your coin, the ruler appears to hold the crucifix in his right hand (near 9:00 on the coin), but in the link the ruler holds it in his left.

So I am inclined to say this is not a match for type, although it looks like right denomination based on size.

Edit: Maybe closer to this: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=4120713

Yes, I think we hit on a more likely match around the same time

It does appear to be a poghs of Levon IV, because of the wear it's difficult to say for sure the reference number. The best I can tell is that it's most likely Bedoukian 2004.
