Help Grading 1981 No SD 2 Cent Coin

Hi all.
I am wondering if anyone could help me grade this 1981 no SD 2 cent coin based off the photos. One of my friends and I are thinking it's about an MS61, while another thinks it is an MS62.

It has very nice eye appeal, and I don't believe it has been cleaned. There appears to be a large scratch right above where the SD usually is, so I am now thinking an AU grade?

I am just looking for a 4th opinion before I make my next move with the coin.

I hope you can make something out of the photos.
