I think it it is low to mid-AU on the Sheldon scale. Lovely example.

Kipster - I'd agree with a nice English EF. Obvious traces of wear on the obverse and Britannia's knee, but really lovely. Unusual to see one as good as this - they are usually either heavily worn or have lots of edge knocks, or both.

Certainly a worthy coin. I'd say AU. Any thing more precise is beyond my current knowledge.
