1888 Canada 50 Cents Obverse 2

I acquired this 1888 up sight unseen. This Coin was reported as an Obverse 2 F12. But I believe it to be closer to a VG10 than an F12.
The Coins has been Cleaned. Can anyone confirm the Obverse as a an Obverse 2?

Looks like Obv 2 to me. Flat chin and no bump where the crown and forehead meet.

Thank you. Nice to have some confirmation on the Obverse 2. Yes, I refer to Coins and Canada quite often each day. Obverse identification is difficult for me in the lower grades. Any comment on the grade? Thanks Again.
