I was wondering if the white cardboard holder for the coins had different versions. The one I see on ebay has typed " Royal Canadian Mint" and then the address below it in blue ink.Was there another version that had " Royal Canadian Mint" and then simply "OTTAWA CANADA' under it in black ink? No address

There are no 1960 proof sets, only proof-like sets.
There were three different white cardboard holders for these sets in 1960.
Beware when buying pre-1961 PL sets the cellophane is very fragile, most sets have been tampered with.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

DBM is totally correct .
They used three different stampings on the holder
as well as some not being stamped at all .
Totally original intact sets are now quite elusive.
I was lucky enough to purchase an unopened
box of 20 1960 sets about 7 years ago from a US dealer
in WA state . When I cracked the box the sets were
individually separated by a sheet of paper towel !
Numerous coins had developed pleasing toning .
Also knew of a wooden box containing 100 sets
that was shipped from the Mint in 1960 . I am
fairly certain that ended up with the late Chuck Moore ?

Was one of the stampings just " Royal Canadian Mint" and then simply "OTTAWA CANADA' under it in black ink?
This was my original question.

@recollector - To attempt to answer your question: From site https://www.colonialacres.com

From this image (stamp 2) the wording "OTTAWA CANADA" appears to be in black ink.

Charlton - Canadian Collector Coins Vol. 2, 11th edition, 2022: "In 1960 the white cardboard holders appeared with a Royal Canadian Mint domicile. Four varieties of stamps exit" It does not indicate colour of ink used.
