1811 Capped Bust Half For Grading / Overton

indian_hoarder Pillar of the Community United States 5079 Posts	Posted 08/22/2024 10:51 pm Looking for opinions on grade and Overton variety. This one I could not figure out the Overton. Photo lighting and skills are poor, so keep that in mind. Most of these I am posting today appear perfectly original. Also, for the Overton experts, please provide an opinion also on the premium - the PCGS guides barely show any having a premium. Thank you! Report this Post to the Staff

adam126402 Pillar of the Community United States 950 Posts	Posted 08/23/2024 01:11 am IH, this looks to be the scare small 8 O-105/R.4 variety. The star has the same defect and on the reverse there looks to be clashing in the shield coupled with a die defect in the horizontal lines as pictured below. I'd say EF on the grade. O-105 R-4, I don't see any reverse die cracks so this one looks like the prime die state. No significant premiums. Suffering from bust half fever.
