IH, this looks to be the scare small 8 O-105/R.4 variety. The star has the same defect and on the reverse there looks to be clashing in the shield coupled with a die defect in the horizontal lines as pictured below. I'd say EF on the grade.
AU-50, may get cleaned but I think it has a very solid chance at straight grading.
O-105 R-4, I don't see any reverse die cracks so this one looks like the prime die state. No significant premiums.
