Landlord charges ridiculous fees for any kind of debit or credit card and offers no kind of online payment. Have to drive across town once a month to put the payment in their little slot. The few remaining checks I write, like for our yard guy and handymen we use for landscaping and work on our house, I could just switch to cash. As soon as the physical piece of paper hits the high-volume side of the payment world -- teller, atm, big box store, moble deposit, etc. -- it's converted to an eCheck (ACH debit).
