I have this coin which according to the inscription on the one side appears to be an Italian weights coin. However, the reverse side does not have the usual cross but an etched goat. Did someone grind down the cross and engrave a goat or is something else? 22 mm and 3.1 g

The Numista listing states a weight of 13 g, so it seems that it has been ground down and re-engraved.
