That is a Type A reverse.
Type B does not have a serif on the S.

Edit: Or is it a DDR?

I know Google loves to lie but from what I've read there should be a space between the E and S in States. The leaf should touch the top of the A in Dollar and the tip of the arrows should be slightly higher than the leaves as well? Or am I incorrect?

Definitely Type A!

Used some hot water on it.... Looks a lot better now I think?
I also learned there's also a Type C reverse. It looks like B or C to me? Unless I'm missing something?
