I would say EF details and worth melt value of about 8, maybe 9 bucks

I agree, since there's wear, scratches on the Obv and and pits/chips/dings on the Rev. DO NOT have that graded.

It is a details coin worth bullion. Grade would be irrelevant.
Bullion value today would be $8.70.

Too late guys, I have had it graded because of XRF results but wanted an evaluation of your thoughts. I will say that if it wasn't 80% it would not have been done.

So it cost more to have it graded than what the coin is worth.
Also 1968 quarters are 50% silver, not 80%.
