Is it now part of the CCF site? Or is it something that is popping up from the embedded ads? In which case, it might be nefarious. Report this Post to the Staff

I rebooted my pc (and it is happening on all my computers - even on my phone where it takes up a large portion of the screen) . Very Frustrating.
