I changed it to say "Queen Elizabeth the Second Memorial Thread" The problem is the forum code used to "pretty up" the topic titles gets in the way. It is there to correct lack of capitalization, all-caps, etc. If people were not so lazy with their shift key or SHOUTING ALL THE TIME we would not need that code.
