198745781444How many problems can you identify? I see three. Buyer beware. Yet people are bidding.

you know, if the coin was sealed in that plastic with the obverse side showing ,how did they get the reverse image. and what about that image showing multiple packages? looks like they are fabricating these. sellers description: Quote: The proof is in the tail feathers! And she's got em!
The back of coin contains the special crisp perfect thatching lines diagonally on each tail feather. As well as being considerably more detailed in general when comparing it to other none proof dollars. again, if it was sealed obverse showing, how can she claim details on the reverse?

Dearborn is definitely on to something. I agree. Those ebay bidders should not be bidding on it. But that's ebay for you.
Errers and Varietys.

Yea, new seller with 0 feedback. The coin in the first pics is different than the later pic. It's rotated in the package, and in the initial pic it's straight. A fool and their $.....

One thing we need to understand before bidding on this item: The Cheerios promotion distributed approximately 5,500 Sacagawea dollars, but not every dollar in the original packaging had the valuable prototype reverse. This label on the packaging says "10,000.000"

The obverse in the first pic has two tells that it has the prototype reverse. Will you get that one in the mail? Who knows.

In my worthless (free ) opinion, it's obviously a Sac dollar. But how can anyone certify it has the prototype reverse? Authenticity Guarantee? Absolutely. Definitely a Sac dollar.

So looks like theft of government property to me. She as a roll of inserts with the perforations intact. If the mint teamed up general mills to get these into circulation and a line worker walked of with the roll..?

This is what the ORIGINAL packaging for the 2000 Sacagawea dollar Cheerios looks like. (Very similar to the ebay listing.) Again, just because the packaging includes a 2000 Sac Dollar doesn't mean it's one of the 5,500 rare tail-feather varieties; some of these cards came with the regular Sac Dollar coin.

I asked him how he got an image of the reverse and this is what he said... These promo pack have cardstock backing and on the front a clear thin plastic. Layer then when u peel it back which I was able to do very carefully I then cut with an exacto knife the top inner edge and then removed the inner molded plastic rectangle that ridgedly holds the coins both styles the ones containing just penny which have a shorted more square inner sleeve and the dollar penny packs having. A more Elongated inner sleeve. This inner sleeve I did not open and have the sleeve placed within the original cardstock just to keep them together I'm the one that opened it I could bare selling it and not knowing . the pack was actually attached to a string of never cut pennys thirty in total and this was the end piece since acquiring I made the mistake of opening and detaching pieces so now I have a roll of 23 and a roll of 4 and this guy all with the same number on the back on the COA which I assume is the roll number it's quit an amazing piece of manufacturing history along with the obvious Collector appeal,
